Can you improve our existing site instead of replacing it?
Yes. We first review the content, customer journey and technical constraints. The recommendation can be a focused improvement, a partial rebuild or a new site.
Do you work on online stores as well?
Yes. Catalogue, content, checkout and operational connections are scoped around your products and platform. We agree payment-provider and platform costs separately; they are not included by implication.
Will we be able to update it ourselves?
We agree what your team needs to edit and choose the content setup around that. Handover includes the relevant access, documentation and instructions.
How are scope and price agreed?
We review what exists, the work required and any dependencies. You receive a defined scope, price, responsibilities and exclusions before implementation. Third-party costs and ongoing support are discussed separately.
